Returns


Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused.  Earrings cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, if you have an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unworn or unused, with gift bag, and in its original packaging.

We will not accept broken or damaged items that have been used. If you send us back any of the listed, then you will not be eligible for a refund and we will return the item(s) that you sent back to us at your own expense. Unfortunately, all sales clearance and customized items, or gift cards are final sales and we are unable to accept refunds or exchange.

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchange requests on earrings for hygiene reasons, even if claimed to have not been opened or removed from the packaging.

Start a return here and follow the simple steps below.
  • 1. Log in to our returns portal here. You will need your order number and email you used to place your order before continuing. (Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or in your ‘my account’ section). 
  • 2. Select your preferred resolution option.
  • 3. Select your reason (We recommend to enter more detailed description for the return reason or the problem and upload photos).
  • 4. Select your return method ( Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value) 
  • 5. Once accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions. Securely package your items then its ready to post it off! Make sure to keep your proof of postage!
  • 6. Keep an eye on your return tracking. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
